This organizer feels like leather, but it is all man-made materials. It has two outer snap-closure flaps, each to cover a separate compartment: The first compartment is similar to a purse. This houses the tabs which hold the strap in place. The strap is adjustable with a buckle & has a 14" drop at it's longest buckle hole. It has a two slots for business cards (one on each side). The second compartment is an organizer / planner. It offers a slot for a pen,
